Claims
In accordance with applicable regulations, customers of the Kegel24 shop have the right to lodge a complaint if they have received defective goods.
The seller declares that they are under a statutory obligation to deliver the product covered by the order without physical or legal defects. If the goods are defective, the consumer may demand a price reduction or withdrawal from the sales contract, replacement of the goods with non-defective goods, or repair of the goods.
COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
The seller is liable under the warranty if a physical defect is found within two years of the goods being delivered to the consumer. (For more information, see Terms & Conditions)
IF YOU WISH TO MAKE A COMPLAINT, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
* Please send your complaint to the following email address: info@kegel24.eu. In the message, describe the defect in detail, send photographs showing the defect, and state the amount/type of claim..
* We will inform you about the registration of your complaint in a reply email.
* We will review your complaint within 14 working days and inform you of the outcome.
* If your complaint is accepted, we will ask you to do the following:
- Pack the faulty products and include the proof of purchase in the parcel.
- Send the parcel to the address indicated in the reply email or hand it over to the courier provided by us.
- Be sure to mark the parcel with the following note: complaint/www.kegel24.eu/order: ....
