The high-quality Membrane Garage cover is a product tailored to the needs of drivers. The cover is made of 4-layer material, which is thick, strong and durable. The cover protects the entire caravan from harmful environmental influences. The Membrane Garage cover provides adequate protection for your vehicle throughout the year. Its functionality can be appreciated in every season. In winter, it prevents snow, frost and ice from settling and is resistant to freezing; in autumn, it protects against rain, wind, leaves and tree sap; and in summer and spring, it protects against UV rays, dust and bird droppings.
The cover is packed in a special, vapour-permeable bag used to store the cover when not in use. In addition to its main purpose, which is to protect the cover when not in use, the bag can have many practical applications in everyday life.
The unique properties of the multi-layer material ensure that the cover is waterproof, while allowing water vapour to escape from under the cover. Any moisture that accumulates under the cover will quickly evaporate, preventing the trailer from rusting and mould from forming. The cover is suitable for both temporary and long-term use.

Cover material composition:
4-layer material:
- double-layer SPUNBOND
- highly vapour-permeable membrane
- single-layer SPUNBOND

Below is a report on the vapour permeability of the membrane we use to manufacture our covers Membrane Garage. The test was carried out in an independent research laboratory. The test confirms the high vapour permeability and water resistance of the membrane: water vapour permeation through the cover membrane 359 grams of water vapour per m² of membrane in 24 hours, water resistance of the membrane 3410 mm water column.

Quality and durability were proven by testing
The durability of the tarpaulins is determined by their resistance to sunlight (UV), high temperatures, rain, frost, snow and natural dirt. Our specialists have developed effective methods for testing the resistance of materials to outdoor conditions based on their long-standing environmental tests and test standards PN-EN ISO 4892-3. Every batch of materials from which Kegel-Błażusiak covers are produced is carefully examined in the Atlas UVtest ageing chamber from the USA. Thanks to the quality control of materials and long-term environmental tests, we guarantee our customers several years of the durability of our tarpaulins and covers even in intensive use.
Functionality and security proven by tests
Good tarpaulin covers should not only protect the car from precipitation, pollution and sunlight but should also be safe. These are our Kegel-Błażusiak covers-tarpaulins. Our specialists carry out long-term tests of our covers-tarpaulins. We carry out tests for the effectiveness of protection of the vehicle by the cover-tarpaulin against weather conditions and water resistance, steam evacuation from under the cover, the safety of the cover for the vehicle paint coating and the effectiveness of fastening the cover on the vehicle in normal and extreme weather conditions. Our company Kegel-Błażusiak produces only those products that pass long-term tests.

1 cover for a caravan + bag
Put the cover on a clean and dry caravan with the printed side facing outwards. To fit the cover without the use of a ladder, you will need two people with two strong poles (poles not included with the cover) about 1.5 metres or more in length depending on the height of the caravan. First lay out a large sheet of clean cloth or foil behind the caravan to protect the cover from dirt. Place the cover on the sheet behind the caravan, laying it in the same direction as the caravan. To facilitate correct positioning, a label marked „FRONT” has been sewn on the front of the cover and the one marked „BACK” on the back of the cover (the markings correspond with the front and back sides of the caravan). Pole holders have been sewn into the lower front corners of the cover in the form of pockets into which the poles must be inserted. Using the poles inserted in the pocket holders, two people should lift the cover over the back of the caravan and then pull the cover over the roof of the caravan moving forward along the whole length of the caravan (one person on the left side, the other on the right side of the caravan) ending up at the front of the caravan, in effect pulling the cover over the entire vehicle. Next, tighten and tie the lower cord of the cover, taking care to cross the cords to form the first knot, then tighten the cords firmly, directing the forces parallel to the front edge of the caravan. Tie the turnbuckle cords and check that the knot does not loosen when the turnbuckle is pulled. If the knot loosens, repeat the operation by changing the tying method. The lower edge of the cover has lashing straps sewn into it, all of which must be threaded under the caravan through the nearest holes in the caravan’s substructure for each strap, then the straps must be buckled and tightened.
The cover is fitted with a flap in place of the caravan door. To open the flap, the side zips must be pulled apart and the Velcro fastening at the lower edge of the flap must be detached.
The bag in which the cover is packed is used to store the cover when not in use. The bag is vapour-permeable; however, the folded cover may not dry out, so it is recommended that the cover is kept dry.
